2 Samuel 7

; 14I will be his father, and he shall be my son.

Romans; 8:5

8:8		So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. .

 

Romans ; 9:8

That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

 

John ; 6:63

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
